My experience with this dealership is above excellent. I am 45 years old and I have experienced many many many dealerships, and this dealership in Chesaning by far blows every other experience I’ve ever had out the water. The customer service is Top Notch in the sales department from the management standpoint, and from the service department, the people there care about the people they serve, they go above and beyond to make you feel like when you walk through the door, your family, and that if there is anything they can do to make your experience the best experience possible they go above and beyond that. My hats off to the chesaning Chevrolet dealership. Special recognition for Cheri in Sales. Cari in the service department in Carlo in the management department. I’ve never been treated so well from strangers in my life. All of my business, and all of my service will be at this dealership for me and my family. I do hot shot trucking and have a lot of contact with a lot of people and I direct everybody to go see the different atmosphere at the Chesaning Chevrolet dealership.

It was super easy dealing with dave

My Blazer came in for a power steering message, Cari was very thorough to ensure my vehicle was fixed right the first time and that some of my repairs would be covered under my extended warranty. I threw in that dreaded I hear a squeak coming from the rear end and she ended up having us take the tech for a ride and we found the squeak and it has been fixed!

Our service was excellent as always. Fast and friendly and very well done.

I loved the salesperson (Dave) that we worked with. He was knowledgeable and helpful. When we have to replace a vehicle (hopefully a long time from now) we would gladly go back to Dave.
